Whereabouts of; RM Sgt John Simeon (Tumbledown)

I am looking for info on Sgt John Simeon (Tumbledown)

I believe I could be a relation and been unable to find anything about
him or his family. I would really appreciate any thing that could help
me with my research. I would then be able to honour him.
