Isnt it the birth right of every American Citizen or visitor to that country to be protected, made to feel safe and not worry or be concerned that they will be shot on the way to work, school, out shopping or even if you happen to be a tourist visiting the country whether on holiday, business or visiting family…….
Article the fourth… A well regulated Militia,??? being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Article the sixth… The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
