Had he offered (and paid) to top up the pension pot of his previous employees when this fiasco came to light he may have got away with it, and maybe called a Cad of sorts. But, now he and his “bankers, accountants and anyone else involved in this “Deal” ???” should be hung out to dry.
And finally, auction his Toy “MV Lionheart” and fully compensate all his previous loyal employees and donate the rest to the RMA and such like worthy military charities.
