Havant War Memorial – and Dedication of new plaques

Havant Borough Council is in the process of updating their war memorial with two new plaques, bearing the names of 8 service personnel who died in conflicts after the Second World War.

By adding their names to the memorial, they are keen to ensure that they are always remembered and that their sacrifice is permanently recorded and acknowledged. It is planned that a service will be held to dedicate the plaques on the 13th March inside St Faith’s Church, Havant.
