‘The Royal Marines Corps Secretariat, based in Portsmouth, are trying to trace the family of Sergeant William Henry Paul, Plym X.336, as we have something to return to the family.
Sgt Paul was born in Chard in Somerset in 1909 and passed away in Pontypool in 1985. Sgt Paul served between January 1927 and October 1948. It is believed he settled in the Griffithstown area.’
