My drone is under 10kgs but i completed test anyway so whther i upgrade/change/buy new drone(s) i am already covered anyway. Just use same ID on any of the drones / model aircraft you have. I fly for pleasure if you fly for profit ie filming weddings, exhibitions or public events even racing drones then INSURANCE (plus permission from organisers) will be required. Just check the rules and regs to make sure your covered.
