We are delighted to announce this short programme of events, tours and talks to mark the centenary of the end of the First World War.<\/p>\n

HMS Caroline in Belfast, M.33 and 36 Hours: Jutland 16, the Battle That Won the War Exhibition<\/strong>, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Open daily. See our landmark exhibition in Portsmouth, 36 Hours: Jutland 16, the Battle That Won the War or visit Battle of Jutland veteran HMS Caroline in Belfast and Gallipoli monitor ship M.33 in Portsmouth Historic Dockyard.<\/p>\n

Until 29 August 2018, Lamplight of Peace,\u00a0<\/strong>Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Open daily. Part of the Battle\u2019s Over Programme, the nationwide commemoration of the Centenary of the First World War Armistice. The Lamplight of Peace will be placed next to the 4 inch gun from HMS Lance, which fired the first shot of the war at sea. This is located in the glass corridor of the main Museum building. Presented in partnership with the Royal Naval Association.<\/p>\n

Tour of Cobham Hall Reserve Collection at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, on\u00a0Tuesday 4 September 2018 at 10.00am<\/strong> at the Fleet Air Arm Museum, Yeovilton –\u00a0a WW1 themed tour of the special reserve collection, not normally available to the public, with our senior curator.
