Ladies and Gentlemen,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please find the outline timings and detail for the forthcoming Graspan Parade and Reception.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please note the following timings for the day so that you can make the required travel arrangements. <\/strong><\/p>\n

0930 \u2013 1045 \u00a0 \u00a0 Coaches and minibuses arrive at North Ride ( you must enter via Marlborough Road) where you will be met by security and handed your passes which must be\u00a0prominently displayed in the vehicle at all times.<\/p>\n

0930 -1130 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 I will be at the Guards Memorial to give out service sheets and answer any questions you may have. There will also be a water station here if the weather is very warm. <\/span>Please have your\u00a0tickets with you so they can be scanned<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

0930 \u2013 1130 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Spectators move to area of the Graspan Memorial.<\/p>\n

1125 (approx.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Those marching will form up on Horseguards Parade under the direction of the DL\u2019s.<\/p>\n

1145 (approx.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The parade marches to the Graspan Memorial.<\/p>\n

1200 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Service commences<\/p>\n

1230 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 (approx.)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Service complete<\/p>\n

1235 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The parade commences its march down the Mall.<\/p>\n

1300 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0The Parade is dismissed.<\/p>\n

1315 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Coaches and Minibuses to leave North Ride ASAP.<\/p>\n

RECEPTION TIMINGS<\/strong><\/p>\n

1330 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Guests may start arriving at the Union Jack Club
\nPlease have your reception ticket\/RMA ID (photo ID if not an RMA member) ready at this point. Your tickets will be scanned and then exchanged for your drinks tokens at this point.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

1430 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Food available from all serving stations<\/p>\n

1700 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Reception finishes, although The UJC are happy to host you for as long as you wish to stay.<\/p>\n
