Milam) got away without outright murder, because of this &#8220;Double Jeopardy&#8221; scenario. What a load of B*ll**ks&#8230; <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"sdc-article-image__caption-text\">What about Emmett Till was just 14 years old when he was abducted, tortured and murdered, who stands up for him ? What about some form of restitution for him or his family.
